Job summary

Softcat is seeking a Learning & Development professional to join the team for a 6-9 month maternity cover. The role focuses on designing and delivering modernised early careers sales learning programs and providing solutions from analysis through delivery.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage upskilling initiatives, and drive measurable business impact across sales teams while supporting multi-modal learning in a growing, culture-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning interventions for sales teams.
• Track record of collaborating with senior stakeholders to align L&D initiatives with business priorities.
• Ability to measure and report on the impact of learning interventions using analytics and data.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management – work with key sales stakeholders to understand capability development needs and performance goals.
• Solutions Management – develop upskilling campaigns and programmes end-to-end from design through to results.
• Coaching and Facilitation – coach and facilitate 1-to-1 and group sessions, virtual and in-person.
• Partner Management – manage partner relationships and onboarding for initiatives, overseeing costs and impact.
• Strategic Projects – represent L&D in business projects and drive required outcomes.
