Job summary

Softcat plc is seeking a D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant to lead the learning strategy across the Sales organisation and drive long-term adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will partner with IT, Sales Enablement and stakeholders to embed learning into onboarding, academies and leadership development.

The role focuses on blended learning, content creation and facilitation, delivering measurable improvements in capability and adoption while strengthening business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning solutions for large-scale change and enterprise system adoption.
• Strong expertise in learning design, content creation and facilitation.
• Ability to engage Sales and Sales Support teams and translate complex processes into practical learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix, FollowMe) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the D365 learning and adoption strategy aligned to Sales objectives.
• Lead D365 capability and adoption as L&D SME.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Sales Enablement to embed learning across onboarding and leadership development.
• Create and evolve blended learning programmes and adoption campaigns.
• Measure adoption impact and provide recommendations.
