Job summary

Softcat’s Learning & Development team seeks a D365 Adoption Learning & Development Consultant to lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 learning strategy across the Sales organisation. You will design and implement adoption programmes, blending learning modalities to drive system usage and capability.

You will partner with Sales, IT and programme stakeholders to onboard new users, measure impact and foster lasting behavioral change. Hybrid work in the UK is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for large-scale change and enterprise system adoption, ideally with Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in learning design, content creation and facilitation, using blended learning approaches.
• Proven ability to engage and upskill Sales teams, translating complex processes into practical learning experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills across leadership levels.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (Whatfix, FollowMe) and relevant certifications (PROSCI/CIPD) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the D365 learning and adoption strategy aligned to Sales objectives and business growth.
• Lead D365 capability and adoption as L&D SME, creating learning solutions that drive system usage and behavior change.
• Partner with Sales, IT and programme stakeholders to embed D365 learning across onboarding and leadership development.
• Develop blended learning programmes and performance support resources to maximise engagement and adoption.
• Measure adoption impact using feedback and data, recommending improvements to capabilities and outcomes.
