We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Graduate Salesperson to join our dynamic, successful & long-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in sales, working with a diverse range of automotive products, services and customers across the Mobility Aftermarket sector in the UK & Ireland.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Conduct detailed sales and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers (garages, distributors, workshops, etc.)
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Present and promote our comprehensive range of aftermarket products and solutions.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross border, cross functional teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• A recent graduate (any discipline, a business or automotive-related degree is a plus).
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and resilient.
• Passionate about the automotive industry.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerBI
• Full UK driving license (essential).

Additional Information

This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.

Location

you will be based at the Denham office.

Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
