Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for a franchised motor dealer in Redhill. You will be responsible for achieving monthly targets for new and used vehicles and building a strong pipeline of customers.

You will upsell add-ons, maintain paperwork and follow-up with customers to secure repeat business. The role offers a basic starting salary plus an excellent OTE and company benefits, with standard weekday hours and weekend work as indicated.

Formación

• Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated to earn money, with professional and reliable approach.
• Experience in motor trade sales or similar with a proven track record in sales.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a very exciting motor trade franchised dealer who operate in the volume market and have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established team, based in Redhill.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer
• Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
• To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Experience Criteria:

• Our client is looking for someone who is extremely proactive, very enthusiastic, motivated to earn money, professional, reliable and consistent.
• If you have experience in motor trade sales, senior sales, or similar and are looking for an exciting opportunity to earn great money, this could be for you.
• Our client would prefer someone who has worked in the motor trade in some capacity and has a proven track record in sales.

The Package:

Starting salary of £15K, OTE of £40K - £45K per annum (dependant on experience) plus add on’s + company benefits.

Monday to Friday 08:45 - 18:00, Saturday, 08:45 - 17:00, Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 with a day off in the week.
