Silcom Recruitment Limited in Salisbury is seeking a Sales Executive for a leading motor retailer. You will build relationships with customers, demonstrate vehicles, arrange test drives and guide buyers through the sales process from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join one of the largest and most successful motor retail businesses in the UK, based in Salisbury!

Our client seeks a Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Executive, ready to dive in and make an immediate impact!

The Package:

Basic salary of £20,000 with OTE bandings of up to £80,000 UNCAPPED + Company car!!

Monday to Friday [8:30am – 6:00pm]

Saturdays [8:30am – 5:00pm] + Sundays [10:30am – 4:30pm]!

Full weekend off on rota
