Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive for a franchised motor dealer in Redhill. You will be responsible for achieving monthly targets for new and used vehicles and building a strong pipeline of customers.

You will upsell add-ons, maintain paperwork and follow-up with customers to secure repeat business. The role offers a basic starting salary plus an excellent OTE and company benefits, with standard weekday hours and weekend work as indicated.

Qualifications

• Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated to earn money, with professional and reliable approach.
• Experience in motor trade sales or similar with a proven track record in sales.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Upsell additional add-ons to customers.
• Ensure accurate completion of mandatory paperwork and processes.
• Maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme using prospect and promotional files.
