Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a West Drayton-based franchise dealership for a Sales Executive. The role focuses on meeting monthly sales targets for New and Used vehicles, while maintaining essential paperwork and a proactive customer follow-up approach.

Candidates with Motor Trade experience are required and the client is open to candidates at different levels who can progress in automotive sales. A company car and uncapped OTE accompany the base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles within the automotive sector preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership processes and paperwork.
• Ability to maintain regular customer follow-up and nurture leads.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting on the behalf of an established new & used franchise dealership, based in West Drayton. Our client are looking to add a Sales Executive to their team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for New & Used vehicles.
• Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.
• To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Our client is open to seeing people who have a keen interest in progressing their career in Sales, if you have worked in Aftersales, Parts or in a similar role (Product Genius) this would be of great interest to our client. You MUST have Motor Trade experience to be considered for this role.

Our client will also consider the opposite end of the spectrum, someone keen to continue their career in vehicle sales.

The Package:

£18,000 basic starting salary. £45K - £50K OTE (experience dependant & uncapped) company car, plus other fantastic company benefits.

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00, one late a week until 19:30. a day off in the week and two Sundays per month.
