Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is seeking a Car Sales Executive for our client in Wokingham. You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the full sales process, including test drives and product demonstrations.

The package includes £18,540 base salary plus £45,000 on-target earnings and a company car. Hours are Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat 8:30am–6:00pm, with Tue/Thu 8:30am–9:00pm, and no Sundays.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory and features to provide accurate information to customers.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
• Arrange and conduct test drives, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
• Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales while achieving set targets.
• Conduct follow-up calls and communications with potential and existing customers to drive sales and maintain relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the dealership.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts, financing documents, and vehicle registrations.

Package:

Basic Salary: £18,540 + £45,000 OTE + Company Car!!!

Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday [8:30am - 6:00pm]!!

Tuesday & Thursday [8:30am - 9:00pm]!
