Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive for an established car dealership on the outskirts of Middlesex. You will report to the Sales Manager and drive sales for both new and used vehicles while upholding mandatory paperwork and processes.

A committed, learn-and-develop attitude is required in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a £12,500 starting salary with £50,000–£70,000 OTE and a company car, plus average commissions of £250–£300 per unit on add-ons.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of an established new & used car dealership based around the outskirts of Middlesex. Our client are looking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for New & Used vehicles.

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Our client are seeking a Sales Executive with current motor trade car sales experience. They are also able to consider applicants with current face-to-face sales experience. You will be a driven individual, keen to learn and develop a career within an exciting and busy environment.

The Package:

£12,500 basic starting salary. £50,000 - £70,000 OTE and company car.

£250-£300 average commission per unit sale on add on's.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm – Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm (Day off in the week in lieu) – Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm on rota (Every other and every third)
