Job summary

Silcom Recruitment are working with an established car dealership group in Guildford seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive. You will sell new and used vehicles, upsell add-ons, and manage customer communications to ensure smooth handovers.

Offering a strong package with £25,000 basic salary plus £45,000 uncapped OTE, plus a company vehicle. The role runs Monday to Friday 8:30–18:00, Saturdays 8:30–17:00, with a designated weekly day off and Sunday rota.

Qualifications

• Experience selling new and used vehicles.
• Strong customer-facing skills and communication.
• Ability to upsell add-ons within FCA guidelines.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with an established car dealership group who are based in Guildford. They are currently looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Selling of new & used vehicle to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Upsell of additional add-ons following FCA guidelines.
• Maintain a customer database efficiently, book appointments and provide constant updates to customers ahead of their vehicle handovers.
• Positive and customer centric attitude to maximise customer retention.
• Must work well within a team environment.
• Clean UK Driver’s License.

The Package:

• £25,000 Basic Salary + £45,000 Uncapped OTE bonus.
• Monday to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 + Saturday [8:30 – 17:00] Designated weekly day off.
• Sunday Rota’d Shift – [10:00 till 16:00]
• Company Vehicle Supplied.
• In house training and progression opportunity.
