Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Poole is seeking an experienced automotive Sales Executive to join a long-established motor group. You will manage and follow up all new and used vehicle enquiries, present finance options, and strive to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

The role offers £18,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE) and a guaranteed salary package for the first 3 months. 41.5 hours/week, company car, 32 days holiday, pension and training.

Qualifications

• Previous motor trade sales experience.
• Proven track record in a target-driven environment.
• Strong CRM and computer skills; full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up all sales enquiries for new and used vehicles, finance packages, and related products.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver top-tier service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve set sales targets while working with the General Sales Manager.
• Oversee vehicle preparation, pre-delivery inspections, repairs and servicing prior to handover.
• Maintain accurate records and manage CRM data for follow-ups.

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £18,000 basic salary per annum with uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE). Includes a guaranteed salary package for your first 3 months while you get up to speed.
• Hours: 41.5 hours per week (5-day week with a fixed day off during the week). Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 (1 hour unpaid break) and Saturday 08:30 to 17:00 (1 hour unpaid break). Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and follow up all sales enquiries for new and used vehicles, finance packages, and associated products in a professional, timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver top tier service throughout the sales process to maximize customer retention and repeat business.
• Achieve set sales targets while working closely with the General Sales Manager to review performance and activity.
• Oversee vehicle preparation, ensuring all pre delivery inspections, repairs, and servicing are completed prior to customer handover.
• Requirements: Previous motor trade sales experience, a proven track record in a target driven environment, strong CRM and computer skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Poole, making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, and Wareham.
