Lakaz Maurice is seeking an experienced car sales executive for a site in Winchester. The role requires a passion for sales and a proven track record in motor trade sales, with the ability to hit targets and build lasting customer relationships.

You will join an established franchise dealership group, receive full training and be supported to build a lasting career in motor trade sales. The package includes base pay and uncapped OTE with potential benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of car features, pricing, and financing options.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced car sales executive to join an established franchise car dealership group, with a site based in Winchester.

Our client has multiple successfully established sites across the South Coast.

This is a great opportunity to join an established business, offering full training and support towards building a lasting career within motor trade sales.

As a sales executive, you will ideally have current or previous face-to-face sales experience within the motor trade industry, with a passion for sales, and a proven track record in motor trade sales.

Our client is looking for someone who has the ability to hit the ground running in this role.

Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles

Upselling of additional add-ons to the customer

Successful upkeep of company mandatory paperwork and processes.

To maintain a thorough customer follow-up programme on behalf of the company using prospect and promotional files.

Ideally you will be currently working within a car sales environment

The Package:

£15,000 basic starting salary.

OTE un-capped £45,000 + company car & other benefits.

8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday

8:30am-5:00pm Saturday (Day off in the week)

10:00am-4:00pm Sunday (rota, 1 in 3 Sundays).
