Hawk Hiring invites a driven Vehicle Sales Executive to join a leading Dorset dealership in Poole. You will manage new and used car enquiries, drive sales targets, secure finance options, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.

We offer £18,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and an OTE of around £50,000, plus a 3-month earnings guarantee while you settle in. Working hours are 41.5 per week on a 5-day rota, with a company car and extensive training.

Vehicle Sales Executive

What is in it for you:

• Salary: £18,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (£50,000 OTE), plus a fair 3-month earnings guarantee while you settle in.
• Hours: 41.5 hours per week on a 5-day rota. Monday–Friday 08:30–18:00, Saturday 08:30–17:00 (1-hour unpaid daily break; Bank Holidays on rota).

What you will be doing:

• Managing, building, and following up on all new and used sales enquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Achieving set targets for vehicle sales, finance agreements, and add-on products.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying process to drive retention and repeat business.
• Overseeing pre-delivery inspections and ensuring agreed preparation work is complete prior to handover.
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system and working with management to review monthly performance.
• Requirements: Motor trade or automotive sales experience, a full UK driving licence, target-driven mindset, and strong customer service skills.

Commutable Locations:

This role is based in Poole, making it an easy commute from Bournemouth, Christchurch, Wimborne, and Wareham.
