Job summary

A leading commercial audio company in Belfast is seeking a proactive professional to manage and grow agency accounts. You will drive revenue and support digital audio solutions in a creative, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have experience in media advertising or B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently. This position is a 12-month full-time maternity cover with an opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns.

About the Team

Youll join our Agency Sales team – a collaborative and high‑performing group that thrives on creativity, innovation and delivering results. Reporting to the Head of Agency Sales you’ll work closely with media agencies and public relations companies to craft impactful campaigns that resonate across Northern Ireland.

About the Role

This is a 12‑month maternity cover opportunity where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of agency accounts, drive revenue, build long‑term relationships and champion Bauer’s digital audio solutions in a fast‑paced, exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow client base by identifying and securing new advertisers

  • Drive revenue through consultative selling and strategic campaign development
  • Champion digital audio growth aligned with Bauer’s strategic goals
  • Develop tailored advertising solutions for agencies and clients

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in media advertising or B2B sales (radio / digital audio preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
