Job summary
Portakabin Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and order winning activities by actively promoting Portakabin products and services. Interviews planned; annual salary up to £30,000 with up to £5,000 commission.
Qualifications
- Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in a target driven environment.
- Experience of business development activities (inbound or outbound calling).
- GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets.
- Support onboarding and provide training for new team members.
- Identify and escalate issues to improve processes and share learnings.
- Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future opportunities.
- Collaborate to confirm stock availability and refurbishment details.
- Support collection of outstanding payments and maintain customer data in internal systems.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on time.
- Respond to customer inquiries within SLAs.
- Maintain accurate stock records and orderly internal data.
