Job summary

Portakabin Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and order-winning activities by actively promoting Portakabin products and services. The role involves executing commercial administrative tasks, supporting business development, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through collaboration across teams.

You will handle quotations, respond to customer enquiries, maintain accurate records, and support stock and payment processes while pursuing order targets.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is desirable.
• Experience of business development activities (inbound/outbound calling) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to provide business development, commercial and administrative support to achieve order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to improve processes and share learning.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service for future orders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to confirm stock availability, refurbishment and fit-out details.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to expedite collection of outstanding payments.
• Maintain relationships across teams and respond to administrative queries.
