Job summary

Portakabin Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Trafford Park. You will drive sales, promote Portakabin products and services, and support order targets with effective administrative and commercial actions.

The role involves collaboration across teams, stock coordination, and timely customer payments while delivering high-level customer service. Interviews are conducted with a salary up to 30,000 plus commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment is essential.
• Experience in business development activities (inbound/outbound calling).
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to support business development and order targets.
• Assist onboarding and training for new team members as required.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Coordinate stock availability, refurbishment and fit-out details.
• Expedite collection of outstanding customer payments with teams.
• Maintain accurate customer data in internal systems.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on time.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries within SLA.
