Job summary

Portakabin Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and order-winning activity within Trafford Park. You will actively promote Portakabin products and services while delivering accurate commercial admin and excellent customer service.

The role emphasises collaboration across teams, support for onboarding, and timely quotations and payments to secure orders and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
Experience in a target-driven environment.
Experience of business development activities (inbound/outbound calling).
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) as minimum education.
Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with teams to achieve order targets at agreed margins.
Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members.
Identify and resolve issues to improve processes and share learning.
Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and continuity of orders.
