Job summary

WE BUY ANY CAR LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing UK team. You will be the main contact for customers, buying cars, booking appointments, and driving branch performance with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.

We offer a generous bonus scheme, 42.5 hours per week on a rotational schedule, and weekend work. Training will be provided to learn about cars and WBAC products and processes.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

About The Role

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
