Our client is a well-established machinery and equipment specialist with a strong reputation for quality products and customer care. Their Dulverton showroom offers a welcoming environment where customers can explore a wide range of machinery solutions supported by knowledgeable, service-led professionals. The business is continually growing and is now seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, customer-focused individual to play a key role in driving showroom sales. You will help customers find the right machinery for their needs, build strong product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive
  • Engage proactively with new and existing customers, supporting them with product advice and recommendations.
  • Promote the showroom and product range to walk-in customers and the local area.
  • Build strong product knowledge to confidently support customer enquiries and sales conversations.
  • Support stock control, attend shows and events, and provide Saturday showroom cover as part of a rota.
Requirements of the Sales Executive
  • Self-motivated, confident working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage your time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Knowledge of garden machinery brands is beneficial.
