We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening in Spring 2026 at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Events Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As Sales & Events Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth through the management and delivery of both corporate and private events. Reporting to the Company Operations Director and the General Manager of the venue, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring each event is executed flawlessly.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality events role
  • A passion for food and drink, with a solid grasp of the London dining and events scene
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage timelines
  • A creative mindset and a proactive, can‑do attitude
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, private, and social event sectors
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct site visits and pitch proposals to potential clients
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and key partners
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from initial inquiry through to post‑event follow‑up
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored experiences
  • Manage all event logistics, including setup, AV, catering, décor, and entertainment
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing) and external suppliers
  • Provide hands‑on event management, addressing last‑minute changes and client needs
