Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Engineering or pre-sales role within enterprise software.
• Proven track record of owning technical sales engagements.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Experience in regulated industries such as EHS, Quality or Compliance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales cycle from discovery through to proof-of-value and close.
• Lead product demonstrations and RFIs with customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop deal strategy and pipeline.
• Act as technical advisor, understanding business challenges and positioning solutions.
• Lead technical validation activities and security questionnaires.
• Present AI capabilities with customer use cases and value propositions.
• Develop deep knowledge of Ideagen's EHS, Quality and Compliance solutions.
• Identify technical risks early and advise on mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive deal execution.
