Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an Associate Sales Engineer in Nottingham on a hybrid basis. You will support the technical side of the sales process, showcasing Ideagen's solutions to customers and assisting Account Executives.

This entry point offers structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience with customers and technology, with guidance from experienced Sales Engineers. You'll build product knowledge across the EHS, Quality and Compliance portfolio and learn Ideagen's sales methodologies,

Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills with customers.
Curious and motivated to learn software solutions.
Ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts.
Exposure to enterprise SaaS/regulated domains is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Support discovery conversations, product demos and PoCs with prospects.
Work with Account Executives to align customer needs with solutions.
Prepare demonstrations, presentations and materials for engagements.
Develop knowledge of Ideagen product portfolio across EHS, Quality and Compliance.
Learn Ideagen sales methodologies and competitive positioning.
Gather feedback to support product and sales improvements.
