The successful candidate will engage with M&E Consultants and Contractors, focusing on heating products including heat pumps. The role offers a base salary of £50K to £58K, plus a commission of £12K, alongside additional benefits like a company car, pension, and 25 days holiday.

This company has a formidable reputation for providing top quality solutions in the commercial marketplace. Their lineup also includes commercial heat pumps. Furthermore, their breadth and depth of product range is unbeatable.
As an Area Sales Manager you'll be calling on M&E Consultants and M&E Contractors to specify the product, including heat pumps, and follow up the order to close the deal. The split between consultants and contractors would be around 70/30, respectively.
Equally, you'll have the opportunity to value engineer projects and break specifications with some new additions to their product range. You'll be involved in CPD sessions for consultants and also site surveys with contractors.
A successful background in domestic or commercial heating sales.
The ability or experience of technical specification sales. You don't have to have called on consultants before, but you must be able to present and clearly articulate the features and benefits of their product range to a technical audience.
You’ll be covering Central London and adjacent areas in London. You could live in Windsor, Slough, Reading, Luton, Bishops Stortford, Chelmsford, Crawley, Romford, Woolwich, Greenwich, Peckham, Brixton, Lewisham, Dartford, Bromley, or Croydon. Ideally you should live up to 45 min from Central London on a train.
