Job summary

Civica UK Ltd is seeking a Sales Enablement Business Partner to empower our sales organisation across a dynamic GTM transformation. You will shape how the team learns, sells, and succeeds by delivering targeted enablement and scalable programs that drive pipeline, cross-sell, and overall sales performance.

You will partner with senior leaders and collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy and People teams to build compelling content, assets, training initiatives, and onboarding

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive and sales leadership to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted enablement.
• Design and execute high-impact enablement programmes across the GTM transformation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, and People teams to create content, assets, training, and onboarding.
• Define and deliver a scalable Sales Enablement strategy supporting Civica’s GTM transformation.
• Build learning pathways and centralised playbooks for consistent, repeatable excellence.
