Job description

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing our CRM solution to better serve our colleagues. The successful candidate will excel in a balanced environment of teamwork and individual workstreams, aiming to develop a best-in-class platform with seamless integrations to improve user experience.

The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal outcomes. They will act as a trusted advisor, engaging colleagues to challenge the current 'as is' processes, mapping user journeys, and thinking innovatively about solutions. A strong understanding of sales methodologies, either through direct sales experience or development, is essential. Knowledge of Project Management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to learn and grow in a supportive environment are important assets.

Key skills required include:

  1. Project Management, including governance and delivery oversight
  2. Identifying new data sources to drive business benefits
  3. Analyzing multiple data levels to identify themes and opportunities
  4. Root cause analysis and initiative to address underlying issues
  5. Strategic decision-making supporting process improvements

Desirable skills include:

  1. Knowledge of Corporate Banking, Business Banking, and Retail processes and products
  2. Process improvement methodologies such as lean and root cause analysis
  3. Adaptability to meet diverse stakeholder needs and organizational cultures

The role may involve assessments in risk, controls, change management, digital transformation, and technical skills. This position is based in London.

Purpose of the role

To support growth in income from new and existing customers by providing leading tools, a world-class learning & development program, and analytical support for sales management, contributing to the success of UKC.

Accountabilities
  • Design and implement a roadmap for market-leading tools for RDs and Coverage teams
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for world-class learning
  • Support the creation of market-leading client collateral to give a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with Product teams to develop industry-focused products and solutions
  • Enhance data capabilities to enable client insights, driving acquisitions and increasing wallet share
  • Maximize the impact of UCRM and Salesforce tools within Corporate Banking
  • Implement standards and best practices across UK Corporate with supporting sales management tools
Assistant Vice President Expectations
  • Provide strategic advice, influence decision-making, and contribute to policy development
  • Lead and coach teams, set objectives, and evaluate performance
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors: Listen, Energize, Align, Develop
  • Guide collaborative projects, identify new directions, and involve specialists as needed
  • Consult on complex issues and support risk mitigation and control development
  • Manage risks and strengthen controls related to work activities
  • Engage in complex data analysis and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
