At Selby Jennings, we are proud to partner with a leading financial services firm seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director with a strong focus on the banking sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional with a solid background in credit risk, credit data, and risk analytics. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business, winning new logos, and expanding market presence across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new banking clients and generate revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers in banking institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective banking clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the banking or financial services sector.
