The Role:
- Lead the implementation of the business plan for 2025 and beyond.
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth while ensuring alignment with agency valuation goals.
- Cultivate a positive agency culture that reflects the product values and mission.
- Inspire and mentor team members to foster professional development and engagement.
- Enhance client performance through tailored strategies based on the agency's three unique pillars: data, people, and conversations, and through meaningful partnerships.
- Act as a key advocate for the product's compelling story in the marketplace while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to support growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends to adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
- Ensure operational excellence and accountability across all agency functions.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience within the marketing services industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and client success.
- At least 3 years in developing and executing successful business plans.
- Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and foster an inclusive environment.
- Strong background in client relationship management, financial management, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with P+L management for data-driven decision making.
