A technology solutions company in the UK is looking for a Sales Director to lead their Magicard sales function. The ideal candidate will oversee commercial operations, drive revenue growth, and develop sales strategies. The role requires proven commercial leadership, strong business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This is the opportunity for a head of sales to lead our Magicard sales function. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing aspects of our commercial operations, including sales, business/channel development and customer relationships. They will work closely with the GM and cross‑functional teams to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance the overall profitability of the organisation; collaborating closely with Product Development, Engineering/R&D and Marketing departments. They will be responsible for executing a comprehensive sales and commercial strategy for Magicard products. They will develop additional and complimentary business channels in parallel to Magicard's traditional multi‑tiered distributor model. They will spearhead the sales growth and market penetration in existing and new markets.
Ideally you will be based in the UK from home, within reach of Brady offices in Weymouth, Banbury or Stockport.
