Location: Home-based, covering the North West of England, including Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Chester, Crewe, Derby, Stockport, Bolton, etc.
Salary: GBP110,000 – GBP130,000 + 30% STIP

Job Description: As a Regional Sales and Operations Director, you will oversee the strategic and operational direction of your region, managing 4–6 depots with a combined P&L of circa GBP80 million and EBITDA of GBP30 million. You will lead a team of 7–10 direct and indirect reports, focusing on people development, sales growth, and operational excellence.
