Head of B2B Sales - Healthtech
Package: Competitive Salary and OTE + Equity Stock Options
Location: UK Remote – Must be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events
I am working with a pioneering, virtual-first healthcare company that’s redefining women’s health through innovative, clinically validated medical and diagnostic solutions.
Having raised multiple rounds of funding, they are entering a phase of rapid international expansion so are looking for a commercially driven and strategic Head of B2B Sales to lead their entry into new B2B verticals and geographical markets, including the US and EU.
You will build and lead the B2B sales function, focusing on partnerships across retail, clinical, and insurance sectors. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the executive team, with end-to-end ownership of the B2B go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on key sectors such as retail, insurance providers, and clinical partnerships, where we have existing relationships and pipelines. Prioritise expansion in the UK, EU and US markets
- Build and lead sales team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance. Be hands-on enough to jump into day-to-day work, while providing strategic direction to the team.
- Forge strategic partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with retailers, clinics, public payors for healthcare, insurance providers, and corporate wellness programs to distribute their product portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on growing B2B sales. Be a budget holder and monitor growth KPIs closely, reporting to the leadership team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Medical Innovation teams to align sales strategies with product development, regulatory milestones, and customer needs.
- Market expansion: Lead market entry strategies in the EU and US, including navigating regulatory and reimbursement landscapes, and building relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare and retail.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across our comprehensive patient journeys.
- Data-driven decision making: Leverage internal product and clinical data to craft compelling value propositions and sales narratives.
- Monitor performance metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, gross margin, B2B customer conversion times, and churn rates.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within healthcare, medtech, femtech, or consumer health.
- Proven track record of closing and scaling B2B partnerships
- Deep understanding of healthcare distribution channels including retail, pharmacy, clinical settings, and corporate wellness.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute sales strategies aligned to company growth goals.
- Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and data-driven selling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex medical concepts to varied audiences.
- Passionate about innovation in women’s health and improving outcomes in underserved areas such as menstrual health, vaginal infections, and STI testing.
- Comfortable with travel as needed.
