Job Description

  1. Deliver a strong consultative approach to lead generation through qualifying marketing leads and generating sales.
  2. Conduct research to identify and engage relevant decision makers to discover and qualify their business needs.
  3. Schedule appointments for Sales specialists that drive high quality Sales opportunities.
  4. Effectively use LinkedIn to nurture leads, schedule sales appointments, and hit targets!
  5. Maintain an organised workload of prospective clients to effectively prioritise warmer leads which are more likely to convert to Sales meetings.
  6. Establish and share best practice prospecting techniques with the rest of the team.
  7. Provide updates and feedback on what’s working and what isn’t so marketing programmes can be improved.
  8. Work independently to achieve individual monthly goals while also contributing to a team goal.

Required Skills

  1. 1-2 years of Sales Development / Sales experience.
  2. Outstanding phone presence with the ability to build trust with prospective clients.
  3. Self-motivated, resilient, and competitive; driven to reach and exceed individual and team goals.
  4. Clear understanding of buyer personas and identifying target market needs.
  5. Effective team player.

Desired Skills

  1. Knowledge of Fintech/ Financial Services/ SAAS Products.
  2. Experience working on systems such as Salesforce.com, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office.
