A leading healthcare software company in Ashford, Kent, seeks a dynamic Sales Development candidate. This role involves managing the CRM system, generating B2B leads, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams. Candidates should have excellent phone etiquette and a proactive, results-driven attitude. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum along with a hybrid work model and additional benefits including health support and career development opportunities.

We are looking for an individual to help us to create and build our sales development function within a busy and growing healthcare software business.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing our CRM system and generating business to business leads from within the Healthcare sector. This will include warm calling, developing a calling schedule and booking call backs. You will be responsible for nurturing all prospects and converting to a live opportunity for the sales team to progress. The role requires a close working relationship to be developed with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handover and acceptance of leads.
This role is consultative, with soft sales involved — so there’s no commission structure. It’s all about making an impact and helping people in the healthcare sector.
