Westinghouse Electric Company in Springfields is seeking a Sales Data and Process Manager to optimize the ELA OS sales processes, drive data quality, and improve forecasting accuracy. You will partner with sales leadership to ensure disciplined execution of commercial processes across the ELA OS organization, reporting to the VP of ELA OS Sales.

You will own governance of the sales pipeline in Dynamics 365, collaborate with the Commercial Center of Excellence, and lead continuous improvement

Formación

• 10 years of experience in international lead position in commercial effectiveness.
• Experience in transversal management, in a matrix organization, and interfacing with operational functions.
• Ability to define, implement and to improve processes.
• Experienced in change management.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
• A real sense of team and cultural sensitivity across geographies.
• Autonomy and self-starter attitude; able to identify blocking points and propose solutions.
• Fluent in English; proficient with MS Office 365, PowerBI, CRM Dynamics or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the continuous improvement of sales business processes to enhance efficiency, data quality, compliance, forecasting accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
• Own governance and administration of the ELA OS sales pipeline within Dynamics 365, ensuring opportunities are accurately maintained and updated.
• Drive ELA OS sales forecast accuracy through regular reviews of opportunity data, pipeline health, and forecast assumptions.
• Monitor and improve 365 data quality by identifying overdue or non-compliant opportunities and ensuring corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Center of Excellence to enhance sales tools, reporting capabilities, and automation.
• Identify process gaps and develop sustainable solutions to improve business outcomes and customer experience.
• Analyze existing sales processes to simplify workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve user adoption.
• Lead development and optimization of governance processes to ensure SOX compliance.
• Support management decision-making through dashboards and insights on pipeline, forecasting, orders, and effectiveness.
• Lead initiatives to improve repetitive, high-volume sales processes and approvals.
• Establish KPIs to measure process effectiveness, compliance, data quality, and performance.
• Coordinate training and change management for new processes, tools, and governance requirements.
