Job summary

Solid State plc is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to own the systems, reporting and governance that underpin commercial performance across the group. You will manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI reporting, forecast, and pipeline governance, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics or CRM Management.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard capability.
• Experience supporting a B2B sales organisation.
• Forecasting, pipeline governance and reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience within technology, electronics, manufacturing, aerospace & defence or medical markets advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the commercial organisation.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.
• Manage pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Analyse pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy and commercial performance.
• Turn data into actionable insight for senior leaders and commercial teams.
• Drive CRM adoption, data quality and consistent commercial processes.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Business Unit leaders.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate commercial reporting and workflows.
