Laltex Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Executive to provide information on product recommendations, pricing, lead times and stock levels via email and phone. You will also liaise with external and internal printers and suppliers for product advice and support.

The role requires confident communication, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with training provided to cover all areas where necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Quote customers and advise on stock levels and product options.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers.
• Manage day-to-day emails in a timely manner.
• Update internal system data.
• Liaise with suppliers in China/Europe/UK by phone and email for pricing/ information.
• Resolve issues with customer orders with internal/external contacts.
• Analyse spreadsheets to monitor spend and identify future sales potential.
• Occasionally make outbound calls in addition to inbound.

As a Sales Executive the successful candidate will be providing information such as product recommendations, pricing, lead times & stock levels, this will be via email and over the phone. You will also be liaising with external and internal printers, and external suppliers for product advice and support. You must exhibit confident communication skills, have a keen attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties will include:

• Quoting customers, advising stock levels, giving product advice, sourcing and suggesting products ideas.
• Making outbound calls to existing customers.
• Managing day-to-day emails in a timely manner.
• Updating internal system data.
• Liaising directly with suppliers in China/Europe/UK by phone and email to gain product/pricing information.
• Liaising with the relevant internal/external contacts and customers regarding any issues with customer orders.
• Analysing spreadsheets to monitor customer spend and investigating the potential for future sales.
• Although mainly inbound calls, the successful candidate would be expected to make some outbound calls as well.
• To work as an integral member of the Sales Team and be prepared to offer support and help to all colleagues.
