Job summary

PTSG Access & Safety in Castleford seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to connect customers, engineers and internal teams, converting quotations into confirmed works while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll build strong client relationships, prepare accurate quotations, chase opportunities and support customers from enquiry to order in a fast-paced environment. Excel knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Results-driven and proactive approach.
• Good commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• IT/database experience with Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations for remedial works and services.
• Follow up quotations to convert enquiries into orders.
• Build relationships with customers and provide sales support.
• Liaise with engineers to gather technical information for accurate quotations.
• Process orders and maintain records across systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical and Administration teams to ensure a smooth journey.
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales and re-engage historic quotations.
