Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations promptly.
• Follow up quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively contact lapsed clients to generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the sales function.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact to order placement.
