Curtis Furniture Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Sales Support & Quotations Coordinator to join our team. You will prepare accurate quotations, liaise with suppliers and assist with bespoke costing, ensuring projects move smoothly from enquiry to completion.

The role suits someone who enjoys working with technical information, is highly organised and has strong commercial awareness. You’ll work with the sales, estimating and project management teams to deliver competitive quotes on time.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, construction, or a related environment (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with suppliers.
• Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Understanding and interpreting client drawings and tender documentation
• Working closely with the Sales Team to gather and clarify information required for quotations
• Producing detailed and accurate quotations using Excel
• Assisting the Estimator with costing bespoke furniture items
• Liaising with new and existing suppliers to obtain pricing, specifications and lead times
• Negotiating prices with suppliers to ensure best value
• Scheduling furniture production and coordinating project timelines
• Providing administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate project records
• Organising and prioritising daily workload effectivelyHandling incoming calls and greeting visitors when required
