Job summary

Macfarlane Packaging are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our Newcastle team. You will be the first point of contact for customer accounts, handling enquiries, processing orders and helping the Sales Executives keep orders flowing.

Based in Newcastle, the role offers a 37.5-hour week, a salary up to £30,000 and benefits. You will use MS Dynamics to track leads and maintain customer records.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in sales coordination/administration role.
• Proven ability handling customer enquiries and outbound calls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth by managing order progression and customer communications.
• Use MS Dynamics CRM to track leads, update records and monitor activity.
• Proactively contact lapsed/underutilised accounts to unlock upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, purchasing and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
