Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Controller for a busy main dealership in Warwick. The role requires automotive sales experience, preferably in a Sales Controller or senior dealership position, plus a valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

The successful candidate will monitor team performance, manage the sales pipeline, support negotiations and oversee CRM records to maximise profitability. A strong leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience, ideally within a Sales Controller or senior dealership sales role.
• A Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
• Previous automotive sales experience within a main dealership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales enquiries, leads, conversion rates and team performance.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities are followed up effectively.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise sales and profitability.
• Support the team with customer negotiations and closing sales.
• Oversee vehicle availability, stock information and CRM records.

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Controller, Automotive Sales Controller or Dealership Sales Controller to join a busy main dealership in Warwick. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (5-day working week with a day off during the week)
