Job summary

Plumb Centre in Truro is hiring a Sales Assistant to help customers at the trade counter with product recommendations and tailored advice. You will handle phone and email inquiries, follow up with previous customers, and look for new sales opportunities within the branch.

The role includes light warehouse tasks and a 40-hour week, with Saturday mornings on a rota. Driving licence preferred and plumbing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Plumbing & heating knowledge ideal.
• Face-to-face sales and customer service experience essential.
• Warehouse experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties: book inbound stock, put away, pick and pack orders; heavy manual handling.
