We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales & admin team. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about quotes and purchase orders. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.
The Role:
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Help solve customer requests via email or over the phone
Process orders, ensuring payments are correct
Provide quotations for customers
Issue invoices
Communicate with other departments to ensure pricing is correct
Assess and understand service reports, reporting faults.
Ad hoc duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Customer Service Advisor
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with a high level of dedication but can also work on own initiative.
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Computer literate
Attention to detail
Excellent and accurate task management is important to manage the diverse list of jobs
IT skills – excellent written communication and software skills
