Cowell Recruitment in Brighouse is seeking a self-motivated Trainee Sales Advisor to join a busy financial services brokerage. You will handle warm leads, learn protection products, and earn through uncapped commission.

This role offers early finish on Thursdays/Fridays, a basic salary £26,500–£30,000 with OTE £50k–£60k+, funded qualifications, and full training. You'll build client relationships, hit daily targets, and grow your sales career.

Trainee Sales Advisor – Uncapped Commission & Early Friday Finish

Location: Brighouse (On-site parking)

Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (£50k – £60k OTE)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:

What You Need to be a Sales Advisor:

• Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and explain information clearly on the phone.
• Sales Drive: High resilience, target-driven attitude, and passion for earning commission.
• Vetting: Ability to pass a standard DBS & Credit Check.
• Location & RTW: Live within 30 minutes of Fareham and hold permanent UK Right to Work.

Desirable Criteria for a Sales Advisor:

• Background in telesales, customer service, or account management.
• Experience negotiating and closing sales against KPI targets.
• Analytical approach to identifying client requirements.
