SSG Training & Consultancy Ltd, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor in Plymouth to turn enquiries into bookings and build lasting client relationships. You will promote services, manage bookings, and contribute to sales campaigns while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have proven sales and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. A proactive team player attitude is essential.

• Handle inbound inquiries from new and existing customers, converting interest into bookings or meetings.
