Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by satisfying customers’ needs and helping achieve sales targets. You will handle telephone and electronic queries, promote products, and liaise with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• IT literacy and comfort using computer systems and portals.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Respond to telephone and electronic queries to promote products and promotions.
• Ensure customer needs are fully satisfied for part orders and queries.
• Contribute to team performance and meet personal sales targets.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
• Expand product knowledge through internal literature and training.
