Job summary

Manpower is collaborating with a reputable client to recruit a Customer Sales Advisor on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to extend or go permanent. You will be part of a collaborative, supportive team committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, upsell where appropriate, and work with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Credit Control to ensure orders are accurate and customers receive outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly average order value targets via upselling/cross selling.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Transport Control and Credit Control to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Receive inbound sales orders and inquiries with accuracy and high service levels.
• Maintain SHINE values in all activities.

• Actively participate to achieve monthly average order value targets. Upselling /cross selling and gap analysis.
• Build and maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external Sales Teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Transport Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer experience levels are achieved.
• Use active listening skills when speaking with our customers to understand their business needs and exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain skills, by resolving customer queries and requests for product information efficiently. Ensure appropriate follow-up is completed via the telephone, SLA Tracker and Shared inbox.
• Take responsibility for self-development and always ensure that our SHINE values are at the core of all you do.
• Receive inbound sales orders and enquires from our customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service to the customer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
• Confident using Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Previously used CRM systems
• Comfortable with upselling
