Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a Customer Contact Centre Advisor for our client around the outskirts of Southampton. You will be part of the inbound and outbound bookings team, delivering excellent phone-based customer service and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have experience in contact centres or strong customer service ethos, with IT proficiency and the ability to upsell where appropriate. Full-time hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00am-17:00pm (with a Part-time option available).

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre is preferred but not essential.
• Deliver customer service across phone, email and in-person channels.
• IT proficiency is expected and helpful for admin tasks.
• Upsell or previous sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as part of the bookings team.
• Provide excellent phone-based customer service and clear communication.
