Job summary

Choice Search Group in Colchester is seeking a proactive customer service and sales-minded advisor to join our team. You will handle enquiries, convert them to orders and advise clients on products with clear, professional communication.

After probation, you may work from home one day per week, with free parking and a hybrid work pattern. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and provide responsive service.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Clear written & verbal communication with a confident phone manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good time management in a fast-moving, multi deadline environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and convert enquiries into orders.
• Advise clients on products and provide accurate product information.
• Professionally liaise with customers by phone and in writing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for right first time delivery.
• Upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Provide proactive and responsive service and chase quotes, proofs and payments.
• Maintain and update the system and handle any issues or problem jobs.
